Del Phyn holds a Master’s degree in International Business and has over 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising, working as a strategic planner. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with major international corporations across the globe, including Procter & Gamble, Novartis, Heineken Group, and Nestlé, as well as with local institutional and public brands in Geneva such as HUG, Geneva Airport, Ville de Genève, and the International Committee of the Red Cross.

In 2014, she founded Creatively Fit, a company specializing in holistic consulting and coaching aimed at boosting creativity within corporations through creative workshops, advertising and branding strategy, while also supporting individual well-being through creative fitness programs such as Zumba, Zumba Kids, and Les Mills Body Balance.

In 2024, Del Phyn partnered with Florence Elias to develop a new creative fitness concept: Pop Flow — an outdoor group experience combining walking in nature with music, fitness, and dance-inspired movement.

Del Phyn designs and facilitates tailored ideation sessions, innovation labs, and creative workshops that integrate well-being as needed, supporting organizations in fostering creativity, engagement, and sustainable performance.
